Muscescore to Piano Marvel
Hi,
I am using Musescore xml files for uploading to Piano Marvel. Sometimes, and not with every file, after upload to Piano Marvel I get a music sheet which isn't correct. When I say that, I mean that the file isn't a regular looking music sheet. It's like a one row of notes and it's showing notes from the middle of the song.
When I try to play midi inside Piano marvel it's ok, just the sheet is looking bad.
This happens ocassionally and without any patterns.
Does anybody have an idea what could be the problem?
Thank you

Nobody can guess.
You should attach here an example MusicXML file exported from MuseScore which results in the fault when imported by Piano Marvel.

Sorry, attaching the XML file and a printscreen of Piano Marvel after upload.
I would also like to add that it doesn't happen all the time and on all files.
Thank you

MuseScore itself seems to open that musicxml file just fine; so my suspicion would be to point at the other party and report a bug to Piano Marvel.
I was just having the same problem, and after some painstaking experimentation what solved the problem for me was when exporting to XML from MuseScore, to make sure to select under "Include in layout:", "System and page breaks" rather than "All layout". Hope that helps either the original poster (I realize it's been almost a year), or other folks in the future!

Thanks very much for this! I was also getting some funkiness before selecting 'include in layout' option.
One other thing I need to figure out is that PianoMarvel doesn't seem to honour repeats (it will just fly through the repeat and the midi track will then go out of sync).
Cheers!

Where do you select this option? I can't see it whenever I dowload something..?

This is in FILE > EXPORT. You would need to use the desktop version of Musescore to see those options.
That change did not fix my export. Maybe it's because it's a 3.05 version score
