[solved] Which one of these two options on GitHub do I need to choose to report my issue?

I want to report my problem on GitHub - one instrument starts sounding different throughout the whole score after adding only one note to the end of the score - but it's my first time and I don't know how to do that. Specifically, the website gives me two options there:
