Start by selecting a rest or note that has a duration of two beats. Then press CTRL+3. For any tuplet you start by selecting a rest or note that has the same duration as the complete tuplet.

Thank you for help. I am danish and did not know the triplet so I could not seach for help. Now I have printed the fact so I have it by hand. Thank you for your time
