CHANGING SHARPS TO FLATS

I'm working on Octet arrangements. They're in "C" with lots of accidentals. When I transposed the parts, it added lots of sharps to the trumpet parts. I would prefer if they are flats. Is there any way to switch all sharps to flats with a button for instance?
