Yes, the trill symbol from the Ornaments palette uses whichever music font is set in Format > Style ... > Score > Musical symbols font (default = Leland)
But the trill symbol from the Master palette (Symbols section) seems to be stuck with the Bravura font:
I am out of my depth here... We need someone close to the MuseScore code to explain whether there is any way round this problem of non-matching fonts.
