Microtonal symbols problem
microtonal symbols are only valid for the note to which it is attached. As it is, it should remain valid until other Accidentals are added or until it moves to the next measure.
It also doesn't work when there are microtonal symbols in the key signature.

Yes, this is a bug. I have reported it on github here: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20616

I'll just add that microtonal playback is in its early stages and we may be seeing improvements as development goes on. For now, the best way to make this work is to add microtonal accidentals to all microtonal notes, and then just make them invisible except for the ones that should be visible.
I was about to post the exact same question. It would be great if the key signature could play the quarter tone. I customized it, but it's inactive and not making any changes. Additionally, the accidental needs to be repeated even within the same bar. Have you found a solution yet?
