Thank you so much. It was the how to select more than one bar that I couldn’t work out and I couldn’t find help on this online. I’m not finding the search facility in the online handbook very helpful. I tried searching for “copy and paste” and failed to find the entry you have pointed me to. All sorted now!

I use the Full Table of Contents https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/full-table-contents which is unfortunately hidden in the Appendix now rather than on the handbook opening page. From that I can search for topics using the "Find in page" facility in my browser.
