Alt+Shift+[Number] for add interval below
It is a fairly common to use Shift to invert operations shortcuts. Ctrl+z is undo; Shift+Ctrl+z is redo, Ctrl+Tab is next tab; Shift+Ctrl+Tab is previous tab, Ctrl+T is new tab; Shift+Ctrl+T re-opens a closed tab, etc.
There are currently no shortcuts to add an interval below, and Alt+!, Alt+@, Alt+#, etc are currently all unused. I know adding shortcuts is easy, but unless there are plans to save these shortcuts for something else, it seems pretty obvious to make these the default shortcuts, at least on new installations.

[Alt][Shift] 2, 4, 6 and 8 act as arrow keys on my system.
[Alt][Shift] B brings up a dialogue box asking how many bars I want to insert.

CTRL-ALT-# is my go-to for adding below intervals. You're right that there probably could be out-of-the-box settings for this, since I personally enter below intervals by keyboard shortcut all the time.

and how do you have yk ,the voices that by default are on ctrl alt 1-2-3-4?
