3/4 measure but one measure has only 2.5 beats
So i wanted to know how to do this in muse score (Screen shot #1)
but when I try to create it goes something like this (Screenshot #2)

Your pictures do not give a clear representation of the problem. Where exactly are the bar lines? Without those how can anyone tell what number of beats are in the measure?
In any case, pictures are not much use to anyone trying to help. The score itself (.mscz file) provides much more complete information.
It seems to be an anacrusis.

Of course, it is possible to write this: open the measure properties and set the measure to a duration of actually 3/8.

But that has only 1.5 beats not 2.5 as stated in the thread title.
And. as I said, the information provided by the OP is not sufficient to see the duration of the measure as no bar line is shown.
Better to wait until more information is provided than guess and give incorrect advice.

The first picture hints at a barline (you can see a small portion at the top, right). In that case, it has 1.5 beats or three eighth notes using two voices.

Both pictures show a bit of the bar line.

If you sum up ALL of the notes you get 2.5 (actually, you'd get 3 if you counted the rest) but there are two voices and the duration is 1.5.

It may or may not be. Of course you're right that kriptofy12 should show more.

But it's actually clear: the way the notes are written, there are two voices and the duration of the measure is actually 3/8.
If you look at the original image in an image editing program and enlarge it, you can also see the bar line on the right-hand side. All necessary information is available:
It is an anacrusis with a duration of 3/8!
