Remove 8vb indicator below treble clef
Hi all - Is there a way to remove the "8" below the treble clef or do I have to completely migrate the content to a new stave/system?
I only noticed this after I was finished with a document (pfa)

It is common for guitars to use this 8va bass clef.
You can simply set a treble clef there (see clef palette, drag the treble clef to the first measure), but all notes will then be shifted down an octave, but still played at the same pitch. You can also select all notes on the staff and move them back to their original position with Ctrl+Up Arrow. But now the notes will be played an octave higher. I don't know what you want ...

Thank you! That's exactly what I want. I'm writing more pop/jazz lead sheets rather than scores so I don't need specific instruments nor octave ranges.
