I can't play any score and when musescore is opened I aven't any audio on my computer

I can't play any score and when musescore is opened I aven't any audio on my computer. So for example anty video any musical file has not audio. But when I close it everything returns ok.
My version is Musescore 1.3 5702 on ubuntu 14.04 64 bit.
Please Help me!

Can you show the contents of Edit / Preferences / I/O? Also Display / Synthesizer?

I believe you may also need to have ALSA configured on your machine, although I'm not positive. Not sure if it is by default in all Linux variants. it is in Ubuntu Studio, which is the variant specifically intended for multimedia work.
