Handy dandy advice
I've attached copy of original i'm re-writting. In measure 73 (page 4) theres a rest in bass cleff that I cant seem to find & understand how to input those notes. I put in a whole note & it jumps to next measure before I've completed the bottom. Hints? Much appreciated...

You need multiple voices - see "Voices" in the Handbook. Enter the top part on that staff in voice one, the bottom in voice two.

Got it. I'm just doing a final adjustment to the entire piece. Somehow I know I need to change globally or as a whole the staffs, systems, & note heads to increase to a readable size. So then they all will expand at least to fit 4 pages. I have already used Max system and it will not go any higher...so now just to figure out how to increase size to readable standard. Thanks Marc you've been huge help & for your patience even after you've had to repeat yourself. :) heh- sometimes you find out for yourself.....
