Ties
I'm trying to tie a quarter note to a whole note over a barline but it isn't working. It just re-hits the whole note as if it was a quarter note. Why? How can I fix it?

MuseScore will only tie notes if they are at the same pitch. Depending on your key signature and the accidental in your first measure, then the whole note might not been at the same pitch. If you can't find out, you can attach your file.

I think I figured out what was wrong. My computer;s a bit glitchy, so... but thanks anyway!
