no play panel
I'm on Debian (Crunchbang Statler) and forced Musescore 1.0 to work, and also added this workaround for the save-as-blank-page problem: http://musescore.org/en/handbook/known-incompatibilities#save-as-blank-…
All seems to work, except it doesn't play the score.
Selecting the Play panel in the menu doesn't do anything either.

Device is set on hw:0 which is what worked before.
edit: I also have these settings:
v Use internal synth
v ALSA (Device hw:0 Sample rate 48000 Fragments 3 Period size 1024)
v Portaudio (nothing in API nor Device)

Try to uncheck portaudio

Unchecking didn't change anything, even after restarting mscore.
No Play panel and nothing playing.

solved - don't ask how; it may have been through a system update? I have no idea - all settings are still the same.
