How to find out the BPM of a MS file when it is not explicitly mentioned?

Hi,

I have a score which doesn't specify the BPM at the top left corner of the score.
How do I know what BPM is being used? Upon research it says the BPM should default to 120 but when I checked manually it seems the BPM is closer to 107-108.

I am mainly using MS3 but if you have info for both versions it would be great.
