Musescore crashed. Can't reopen file.

I wrote a complete song in two hours saving frequently. I went back to my open web browser to look up a rhythmic notation. When I return to Musescore it had crashed. Upon "restoring previous session" my song was gone. When I searched my folder I found the song but it has zero KB of data and can not be opened. Any way I can recover?
