Highlighting boxes for analysis

It could be very useful, a tool to highlight parts of the score.

Looks very nice! This is along the lines of something I proposed here: https://musescore.org/en/node/88986. I was thinking more of these annotations being like individual markings attached to specific *point* in a score as opposed to *regions*, but I can see now how both would be perfectly possible.
