Need for reload.

It seems to me that there is some sort of general lack of immediate update in numerous operations in MS. I have been asked to make a list and am attempting to do so.

However, I wonder (in my complete lack of knowledge if this is an easy or hard fix) if is is not possible to apply an update globally instead of identifying each individual type of issue.
