How can I move or delete a bar line?
I put a bar line in the pickup measure instead of the first measure for repeats and would like to either move it to the first measure or delete it and insert a new bar line in the first measure (bar line is two thin parallel vertical lines). When I click on it and then "delete" nothing happens. When I double click on it, a bar with a drag box appears that allows lengthening it, but not delete.
The way it works now is that the pickup measure is included in the first repeat.
I looked for the info in the manual on deleting a bar line, but couldn't find any... did I just miss it? or can someone please suggest a method for deletion? I'm in my second day of using the program and think it's absolutely great!

Replace the double bar line with the a single bar line via drag-and-drop from the palette (see bar line ).

I tried to reproduce this. Do you manage to put a left repeat bar on the first measure ? It does not work on the demo score apparently.

I'm not sure why it doesn't work on the promenade demo. I can add a left repeat bar to every other score I've tried.
Thank you for your suggestion and I apologize for not reading the manual where it says to replace you just drag and drop. Didn't need to delete. Drag and drop worked perfectly... and I was using the wrong bar line anyway... should have been using the double bar with the two dots to the right. Now the first repeat works just like it's supposed to... and you guessed it, I'm a newbie at reading music too. Your patience is much appreciated.
