Audio source not syncing

Dear MuseScore community,

It will be interesting to see how people respond to the new layout of the website for the new year. Indeed, lots of my colleagues have already received some problems as of early 2017. So, I have thus decided to share one of them with you.

This is about the audio source synchronisation.

Now, I've uploaded one of Liszt's concert studies for piano, and I've tried to sync a recording of this piece from YouTube six times in total. When I finish inserting all the markers manually, I decide to make this source the default source and make sure it's only the audio that is played; no video being displayed. I click the "Save" button to sync the ~5min audio.

Results are:

1. The audio is playing through, but is not synchronised with the score. Rather, it is the normal score markers going through the score.

2. The video is displayed despite me making the choice to not display the video.

3. I go back to the audio source to investigate the issue - and all the markers I worked on for a 10-minute or 20-minute time period - have vanished!

This means that I have been experiencing the same results for six times now.

Is there any way that this issue can be fixed?
