Yes. So the other note is an F too.
When in doubt, try it out, entering that measure into MuseScore shows this

If you're struggling to enter that one simple measure, something is severly wrong. And 21 weks membership on musescore.org is not exactly new ;-)

You are sending 1.4 Mb out-of-focus images of a printed question paper. Are you doing this inside an examination?

It is previous year question paper, which I am practising.
