I can't find the (vertical) title frame anymore

I managed to reduce the size of the title frame to zero by dragging the handle to the top of the frame. Now I'm unable to get the handle to enlarge it again. If I Add->Text->Title, the frame more or less becomes visible, it's a flat rectangle with the top side almost equal to the bottom side, but I can't select it.
