Create symbol and create lines
It would be interesting to have the opportunity to create a new line and create a new symbol.
Also, currently, it is impossible to create a white head to the harmonics.

I agree. Recently I have started to use an alternative chromatic notation with just two lines in a stuff.
However, it uses black and white noteheads for pitch differentiation instead of note lenght. So I would really appreciate such a feature to be able to use this notation (at least for printing) with Musescore.
It is possible to create symbols from text and add them to the palette using the nightly builds . However this doesn't seem to work with lines yet.

Composers may find useful the ability to change lines and symbols for the new contemporary music.
I am interested in this opensource project.
But today, for contemporary music, it needs to improve.
