my sound has disappeared!
I have lost my play panel and the playback controls. I've tried the troubleshooting steps and so far it hasn't helped.

I find my play controls by clicking on"view" on the top left hand side of my screen and then "play panel." Does this work for you?

If this does not work, still go to view and then select the toolbars menu to make sure play panel controls is checked.
