Use the Cubase-VSTs instead of the internal Musescore-Synth!?

Hello Community,

I have Cubase and Eastwest Symphonic Orchestra running on my system, next to Hollywood Orchestra, Kontakt VSL, Halion, ...
I think every of this libraries would sound much better than the internal sounddevice of Musescore.
I installed Jack to use the VST's in combination with Musescore, but that software does only recognize Musescore 2.
When I start Musescore 3, Jack doesn't show the software in the Connect-Window.
Furthermore neither Cubase isn't shown there, nor any of my VST-Plugins running in Standalone-mode.
So I'm not able to connect that programs to eachother.
Which possibilities do I have to make the Patches of the Cubase-VST-Plugins sound while running the Playback of any score in Musescore as well as when creating a score via playing notes on my keyboard ?

Thxs a lot, best,
Roman

The inhabitants are invariably very helpful when it comes to helping with the musescore app, but questions about outside hardware is something else. New to all this, I could be of no help, but I'd like to know because I want to improve sounds of my own scores. So, I posted to keep the thread alive.

It could be that your question got passed over with all the fuss about the new version 3. Maybe a repost in the Plugins section of the forum might be noticed.

I'm also interested in this question. I'm now composing strings and it would be useful to be able to use my brand new strings library to get a glimpse on what my piece would sound like.

Best regards,
Mariano
