Inserting Images Inline
A few days ago I was able to insert an image inline with the text. Today I cannot. Here's what I did:
1) I used the Camera icon at the top of the MS window to select and save a small image. 2) I pressed Choose a File and double-clicked the image file. 3) In the File Information box, I left the defaults as they were. 4) I clicked on Preview. What I saw was the link to the file, and the file was not inserted inline. I cannot recall how I did it earlier. What did I do wrong this time?

Inserted online on this page of the forum?
Save the image as *.png use the "File attachments" option at the bottom of the page, just above the Save and Preview buttons when you're typing your post. Click on Choose a file
position the cursor after the text, select 'Insert'
but maybe I didn't get it?
To make an image inline in a reply here on the forum, press the insert link in the attachment listing just below the box where you type your post:

@Shoichi &Jeetee... I don't have an "Insert image..." option. I only have a "Choose a file" button in the File Attachments box below where I'm typing the post. I'll try inserting the image now, in this post:
Okay, I inserted the image "InLine", then clicked "Preview". When I had the preview on my screen, only the link was shown (a 48KB image) , not the image itself.

Above choose a file (see image above) there is the option we are talking about.
Save, not preview

I think I found out what I was doing wrong.
After I clicked "Choose a file", MS displayed a link to that file. Then I clicked "Save".
I should have first clicked the link, then "Insert" and then "Preview" (or "Save"). At least that's how it worked when I just now tested it.
