Multiple lyrics per line

I wrote out a score in SATB closed. In some places I need to have different lyrics for the S and A, or T and B parts. I've seen some questions about this but they are all years old so I don't know if anything has changed. I see how to change the lyrics to above or below the staff, but this doesn't seem to allow for having each part have its own lyric.

If this is not possible, can the SATB closed score be converted to four staves?
