Musescore not loading after recent update...
All I did was click the .exe file of MuseScore 3 and it will load, bring up the start menu, and crash/close immediately. The same problem is with the shortcut.
Please send help.

Additionally, the MuseScore 3.exe was found in the "bin" folder of the MuseScore 3 file.

Give some more information (program version, operating system).
If you click on a *.mscz file does it open?
If yes from Preferences disable Start Center.
Update (https://musescore.org/en/download ) or use https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings
