Vi49 MIDI Keyboard Suddenly Not Recognized By Musescore 3

My VI49 MIDI keyboard was sending notes to MuseScore 3 with no problem. Today, I fired it up and now it does nothing. The device is recognized by Windows.

I have tried:
Restarting everything
Plugging into different USB ports
Setting "MIDI Input" to "MMSystem,VI49" and "MMSystem,MIDIIN2 (VI49)".
"Restart Audio and MIDI Devices"
