MuseScore and Linux
MuseScore user and supporter for several years in conjunction with teaching myself to play the piano. Currently running v.2.3.2 on Windows 7 HP. Since that OS is to be orphaned by Microsoft, I will be gradually shifting my activity to Linux, specifically Mint Cinnamon. Although I will initially use a dual-boot setup, I may have to abandon W7 altogether, rather than continue using it for non-Internet purposes.
So, my question- is MuseScore compatible with this OS?

Quietly, maybe not the latest version. Here I have a twenty-year-old Vista with Mint in parallel
The AppImage (comes with each new MuseScore release) works with each Linux distribution. For most Linux distributions (as for Mint) there's some times later an actual distribution package also available.

So you shouldn't have any problems running MuseScore on Linux. But if, don't hesitate to ask inside the forum.
