I can't play my songs! Help?

Watch the picture - I just can't play my songs... (Sorry the pic is in Finnish...)

I use Musescore 3 and Windows 10.

I have refreshed all my settings, re-uploaded the soft, destroyed all the files from my computer... What to do? And I can't open for example the synthesizer,

edit: I mean only musescore files - and they are still saved to USB stick.
