My short symphonic project with a battery of Percussion.

This is a modest effort to use all the many features that muse offers .After a year or so I now am writing for percusssion groups.I have a lot to learn and listen to.Bartok music for Celesta ,Percussion and strings is really amazing.The systems r inspired the bleak message in parts are inspiring to say the least.I need more sophistication so Vivier,Murail,Grisey and so many others Saariaho ,Messiaen ,Boulez all these great masters I must really get to feel. Im just playing with harmonies and new sounds for me .I need to inculcate interest by fashioning some interesting lines however.This can easily bore. I will be working on this and amorer celestia ( A neo-classical ) Cantata for years I imagine. We'll see how I develop. I would like others to peruse my work. However if u r not a fan of the here and now in art,philosophy, &aesthetics then u just dont know wht my aims are.Start with Ives,Lourie,Stravinsky,Messiaen& Berg,Schoenberg.This is where the now begins and that was a century ago fellas!
