We have allbeen reading and seeing the terrible news of the Missouri tragedy.So many people a town nearly wiped out.None of us have any idea what it is like to live through such horrific events on this scale. Moved by it I have tried to allay my own fears and discomfort by working on a choral &orchestral and percussion piece.In the middle there will be an enormous brass chorale using the melody from a popular Sinatra standard."Here's that Rainy DAY" .the setting for voices and the words needs more thought.The bass part will be light sense i want a soothing texture for the vocals. Thsi is where it's at NOW!
