Can't Install in Vista SP1

Hello, I have a computer running Vista that doesn't have Service Pack 2 installed yet. I have successfully downloaded MuseScore 1.0 and saved it to my desktop. I right-clicked the icon and clicked "Run as Administrator". MuseScore now appears in my list of installed programs in Control Panel, but there is no mention of it in my Programs in my Start Menu, nor is there a desktop icon. Therefore, I have no way of executing the program. I am installing Service Pack 2 now in hopes that that will help. Does anybody have any helpful suggestions? Thank you very much. - Will Stewart
