Systems with Different Staff Counts
Sorry if this is obvious, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have a piece where the staves per system change from 3 to 1, back to 3, then to 2, etc. For example, it starts with the assembly on one staff, the choir on two others (SATB) forming a three-staff system, then switches to a single staff for the Cantor and so on. How can I do this in MuseScore? TIA.

Create a score with 3 instruments. Put your music in. When done, go to style -> Edit general style -> Page -> Hide empty staves.
