Time Signature change bug

Process: Create new file using 4/4 for the regular time signature and 1/8 for the pickup measure. Then open the Time Signature drop down and drag C to the pickup measure so that 4/4 becomes C. The pickup measure's 8th rest becomes an 8th rest followed by a double dotted whole rest. Attached before and after files.

Well, that's a bug. I know this doesn't fix the bug, but if you right click that first measure and go to measure properties, you can change the nominal duration of the measure. Still, it's really only a work-around.
