Made me feel like I was floating in a mist of purple milk with a hint of cinnamon (but not too much because you don't want the flavor to be too overbearing, just a pinch — just ½ a teaspoon at most — should make the flavor come out of the milk, and the purpleness will be accented by it, but just a tad, so when you bake it it'll rise even without chilling it).
