Copyright laws
I am putting together a method for teaching a classical guitar tremolo exercise found in the third book of Julio S. Sagreras, lesson 4. It will be on the internet, and include the pdf score (done in MuseScore, of course.) It will have some MuseScore exported mp3 files as well.
Does anyone know if Sagreras is in the public domain, or will I be violating copyright laws by publishing, for free, this exercise? I googled the specific exercise and found several places to download the piece for free, so I'm guessing I'm okay.
Also, does MuseScore have a standard text for giving them credit, or do I just make up my own.
Thanks,
Douglas

@Douglas,

They appear in the public domain.
When I draw from IMSPL (or Mutopia) I add an indication (you can see it on my scores on Musescore.com)
Thank you, both of you. That answers my questions.
