Trying to download on my Inspiron 11 with Windows 10.

Every time I download musescore on my new laptop this message saying, "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." I really need to download this so I can help in band his year with cadences and also for band camp. If someone could help me that'd be so great or if you've gotten this message too and was able to fix it that'd be even better.
