Missing INI File, and Keeps Crashing at Startup

I'm using MuseScore 2.0.3 on Windows XP SP3.

MuseScore always crashes as soon I start it (at the boot up screen with the title and "musescore.org"). I've tried factory resetting, but it didn't work.

From what I've seen, it could be due to the lack of an INI file. I couldn't find one, and one can't be created.

It worked fine a while ago, but suddenly stopped working fairly recently.
