File not working
I created a musescore file on a mac, and for some reason, when I open in, the beach ball appears (meaning that it's loading) and it stays like that for a long time. After the file finally opens, I can not do anything to it because the beach ball appears again. It stays there for about two minutes, and then it disappears, but then a few seconds after, it appears again, recurrently. I tried opening the file on a different mac, and this same thing happened, so it's not a problem with the computer. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can you provide the file for further investigation? Which version of MuseScore are you using?

thanks for getting back to me. Here is the file:I tried opening it in both Musescore 0.9.6.3 and 1.0, and the issue occurred in both.

There is a problem with the tuplets in your file. If you know how it happens please post steps to reproduce.
Please upgrade to MuseScore 1.1, you can download it on http://musescore.org and it has a lot of bugs fixes and open the attached file.

I downloaded the new Musescore, and this allowed me to open the file and solve the problem. Thanks for your help!
