How do I make a the sign on the muse score download that looks like a bar above three notes with a 3 in the middle like this...

To learn how:

1. Select the full rest in an empty bar.
2. Press 5. The rest should change to a quarter rest plus other rests.
3. While still on the quarter rest, Press Control+3.
4. A triplet should appear in rest form.
5. Enter your notes as you wish.
