Jack Transport?
Hi, just a question. Will Ms have full jack transport in the next release? it would be great. All important music software in linux does, and since there is jack for windows and osx too, it would be nice. This way we can work in Ms with video, audio and midi synchronised beetween aplicattions, thru jack transport. Pleaseeee :)

This would be a very important feature for people scoring for film.
If I were you I would submit a feature request in the issue tracker.
I suspect feature freeze is now in place for version 2, but I feel it is definitely something that should be considered for inclusion in version 3

There is a kind of feature request here : #11870: Video player for making scores for film. If you are willing to make a better one, refer to that one and mark it as a duplicate.

You are right, in fact, adding the jack transport feature would solve also the video window feature, because this window utility already exists (xjadeo), and would make possible the synchorisation with audio-midi sequencers, drum machines, and even with Blender (wich already has jack transport included).
