34 tones golden scale plugin

QUESTION RELATED TO ALTERNATIVE SCALES
I would like to develp a plugin for the golden scale of 34 tones. One of the problems is that step intervals are not constant. For example between C and C# there are three notes in between, but between D and D# there are 4 notes, and between C# and D there are only two notes. Cents, are not constant (there are 10 different possibilities.
Any help.?

This scales is built with the golden number. This number is well known out of the music, in different artistic developments, but it has never used for music before. In our university we have produced a paper about this scale: Journal of New Music Research 2002, Vol. 31, No. 1, pp. 51–58
