Muse-Sequencer MuseScore

When I click play in Muse-seq, the score plays from Musescore. The position of the cursor in Muse-sequenecr has no effect on where in the score it plays but the cursor in Muse-seq does move. i.e Muse Score dominates.

Is this a feature?
