Regression Finder

cadiz1 has been doing a splendid job in ascertaining when an issue became so (e.g. observing differences in behaviour). However, I wonder if there can be facilities that make it easier for everyone:

There could be a nightly build generator (for those unable to compile; not all are on the server, or built) - either a binary file (e.g. exe; DMG), or an online emulator.

If we used the latter, we could conduct a mass test (using recorded keystrokes) between a select period of commits. The results between them could be displayed multi-screen, transparent (i.e. v-tests) or swipe (i.e. GitHub). Even more helpful: the system could process it automatically and inform.

I couldn't really think of a better subject title, but it covers what I'm trying to convey.
