Some suggestions
Hello. I'd like to suggest MuseScore to add the ability to import and export a composition in human readable, csv file containing mnemonic codes or numbers. I mean, one for codes and one for numbers.
And I'd like to suggest to support python automation.
As for more generic features, I would like to set the root key with a note on a score, and to do so for automizing as well.

I'm not sure what you mean by "mnemonic codes or numbers", but you might want to check ABC and the AB import plugin (even if it's far from perfect).
Could you develop more about what you mean by "Python automation"? Something similar to the current plugin framework but in python? (the plugin framework is in javascript).
I don't understand your last sentence. Maybe if you explain what you want to do we can guide you to an existing feature or elaborate a better feature requests. Don't hesitate to use pictures if it helps.

Well, I guess ABC is what I'm looking for (if it exports notes to string tokens or numbers)
And if is there already a JavaScript plugin framework, there's no need for Python.
As the last sentence, think the G4 key in the score: when you use it, G is in that row. I would like a way to change it using a score like I would do with a sequencer (like FL Studio) in order to have a variation running on a score which changes tone depending on another.
Meanwhile, as MuseScore supports some synthesizers to play notes, some parameters of them could be automated with values ranging from 0 to 1 and doing so in a score would be helpful.
Edit: But I need something like AB Import for export as well.

I'm not sure what your end goal is. Can you explain?
You might want to take a look to MusicXML import and export in MuseScore. It's not "human readable" but it's easy to process with a software. If you are a python programmer, you might want to check Music21 to manipulate the data.
Regarding the sound and automation, it's far from the scope of MuseScore right now. MuseScore is currently focusing on the notation features.
