I'm looking hard at mozart's Grand serenade for winds to learn more effectively how to write for winds and Mozart perfect balance of composition and detail is teaching me lots. I notice new things in his scores all the time.

howdy! webern and berg and Zemlinsky all friends or students of schonberg I adore and I thank you for listening to my work.Webern uses mathematical formulations and has great symmetry in his works.I have not aimed nor sought out complicated patterning devices so the similarities can only be harmony sound, perhaps my harmonies built on 2nds,7ths and other anomalies.Webern also writes very short amazingly compact condensed mathematical works.Listen to movement 2 of variations!Thankyou for mentioning FlorPeeters I will look him up and listen to several of his works.
