Questions about the Serrano Violin SoundFont .sf2

This is getting old. I have found this soundfont "Serrano Violin" http://freedrumkits.net/download/freedrumkits-net-serrano-violin-sf2/

If you can answer these questions about the soundfont, What do you use the SoundFont for? Do you use it for MuseScore?, or do you use it for any other SoundFont Program?

Another question is this, where can I Find these Violin Samples? I know that in the description in the soundfont says that the samples were taken from "The God Father." I just don't know.
