Measures Per Staff
All I want to do is put 5 measures in the first staff and 4 in the rest.

At the end of the fifth measure, set a line Break (Breaks and Spacers).
Select from bar 6 to the end.
Go to Plugins>Break Every X Measures.
Select 4.

Thank you. I've read a bunch of explanations of how line breaks work and that's the only one that's made any sense to me.
